Our Policy and Terms

It is the policy of A Perfect Beginning to offer only the highest quality standard of service. Our experienced coordinators are committed to providing personal and attentive customer service so that your wedding will be everything you have ever dreamed about. Our network of wedding professionals share this commitment, ensuring your satisfaction.

Once we establish your wishes, we require a non-refundable booking fee of $300 to reserve your chosen date and begin the work of making all your arrangements. Payment can be made by credit card, personal check, travelers check, or money order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that your wedding date is not reserved until the booking fee is received. In addition, due to the paying out of deposits to other vendors to reserve their services, the fee is non-refundable. For couples who are booking a Simple Beginning, we require payment in full in lieu of the deposit. Once the booking fee is received, you will be sent a contract detailing all your costs, which will include Florida sales tax. These costs will already have been agreed upon during our discussions, so there will be no hidden charges or surprise costs.

Final payment is due two weeks prior to your wedding date, unless your accommodations require payment 30 days prior. For couples booking their wedding within two weeks of the date, payment in full is required. Cancellations should be made as early as possible to avoid the loss of deposits and payments. Accommodation cancellations will follow appropriate resort and hotel policy. If the wedding is cancelled after the two week date, vendor deposits and payments are NOT refundable, and all consulting fees will apply.
