Our Policy and Terms

It is the policy of A Perfect Beginning to offer only the highest quality standard of service. I am committed to providing personal and attentive customer service so that your wedding will be everything you have ever dreamed about. My network of wedding professionals share this commitment, ensuring your satisfaction.

Once we establish your wishes, I require a booking fee of $300 to reserve your chosen date and begin the work of making all your arrangements. Payment can be made by credit card, personal check, travelers check, or money order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Please note that your wedding date is not reserved until the booking fee is received. This fee covers the initial consultation services and reserves the primary vendors for your wedding. Due to the time involvement for initial consultations and set-up, the fee is non-refundable. Additional deposits may be required by vendors not included in the package. For couples booking a Simple Beginning, we require payment in full in lieu of the booking fee. Once your booking fee is received, we will begin the work of planning and arranging your wedding. When you finalize your decisions, you will be sent a contract detailing all your costs, which will include Florida sales tax. These costs will already have been agreed upon during our discussions, so there will be no hidden charges or surprise costs.

Final payment is due no later than 3 weeks prior to your wedding date unless your accommodations require payment 30 or 60 days prior. During holiday periods, payment will be required no later than 30 days prior to the wedding date. For couples booking their wedding within three weeks of the date, payment in full is required at time of booking. Cancellations should be made as early as possible to avoid the loss of deposits and payments. Accommodations cancellations will follow appropriate resort/hotel policy. If the wedding is cancelled after final payment is made, vendor deposits and payments are NOT refundable, and all consulting fees will apply.
