	The view from the river is just as impressive . This estate sits on 5 acres of private land, with over 1300 feet of water frontage. Lots of great lawn area for the ceremony and a tented reception for larger groups, or multiple panoramic options for smaller weddings.
As you travel inside, you will first notice the dramatic staircase that moves up the 3 open levels of this unique and airy home.
	There are water views everywhere with over 3000 square feet of covered decking where you and your guests can relax with a glass of wine and watch the sunsets over the river, or enjoy a party by the spacious pool. You could actually get married on the foot bridge that goes over the pool to the spa area.
This wonderful home features 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, and sleeps 12 comfortably. The bedrooms are like mini-suites. Everything is pure luxury. Designed with entertaining in mind, the kitchen is state of the art.
